Launching in Fall 2025, the College of Liberal Arts Mentorship Program pairs high-achieving students (GPA 3.7+) with peers facing academic challenges. Designed to boost success and retention, the pilot will support mentees through weekly themed activities, goal setting, and five hours of dedicated academic and personal development time. Themes include time management, communication, mental health, research, and career planning.

Mentees will also participate in supervised study sessions and workshops led by campus partners. Insights from this pilot will guide the development of a lasting, impactful mentorship initiative within the college.
