Selected Courses: Choose eighteen (18) credit hours from the following electives:

  • CMCN 210 (3 cr) - Interpersonal Communication
  • CMCN 301 (3 cr) - Principles of Organizational Communication
  • CMCN 352 (3 cr) - Scriptwriting
  • CMCN 374 (3 cr) - Cultural History of Film
  • CMCN 384 (3 cr) - Communication Theory
  • CMCN 448(G) (3 cr) - Trends in 21st Century Communication Seminar
  • CMCN 470(G) (3 cr) - Intercultural Commuication
  • CMCN 488(G) (3 cr) - Computer-Mediated Communication Issues
 
Note: It is possible (but not required) to earn all 18 hours of a general communication minor through online classes. The minor may be earned by taking courses in a classroom and/or online.
